Main points:

-in 1774, there was the coronation of king Louis XVI because they had not had a child in their first fourteen years of their marraige, it was Marie Antoinette's fault
-At Marie Therese Charlotte’s birth, her mother began to dress more conservatively, put aside frivolous courtiers who attended her simply because of their birth, and became family-oriented.
-she was known as "Madame Deficit"
-While the phrase, “Let them eat cake” was never spoken by Marie Antoinette, the rumor illustrates the public sentiment for the queen on whom they blamed every unfortunate circumstance
-the Diamond Necklace Affair made her social status even worse
-Marie Antoinette and her family was then moved to the Tuilere Palace in Paris where they were kept on house arrest
-The family’s attempt to flee in 1791 but the transporation was only for herself
-She did not have leave her children and husband behind and thus insisted that her family flee too but then they are caught and arrested of treason
-Both of them gets executed. Son dies in a prison cell because of TB. Daughter survives (the only one who does).
